Laundry Building • Event Center (2 Stories) • Hotel (13 Stories)

To date Action’s contract has been for a new 8,500 sq ft Laundry Building, the building is approx. 70% complete and being taken to a point where to be used as temporary offices until the Event Center is completed then the Laundry Building will be completed.  We are getting ready to start the Event Center & Hotel. The job consist of the following work: Sanitary Sewer UG, SS Main, DWV AG, DW Main, DW AG, Fire Main, Storm Drain BG & AG, Chill Water BG & AG, Compressed Air, Steam, Plumbing Fixtures, HVAC Equip., HVAC Duct & Refrigeration & Controls.  The underground Sanitary Sewer, Grease Waste, Storm Drain on the Event Center is complete and the structure of the Event Center is underway, Second Floor is poured and roof trusses are being installed.

The Laundry consist of 45 tons of heating/cooling, The Hotel & Event Center consist of 583 tons of Cooling.
