Market Center of the Ozarks will be 45,000 square foot food collection, distribution, and processing facility located in Springdale Arkansas. It will provide space for food truck operator’s and caterers to prepare their food and grow their businesses. It will help handle the collection, distribution, and processing of food for schools, hospitals, and universities. There will be kitchens and space provided for community focused activities, such as farmers markets and classes.

Action has the complete mechanical and plumbing scopes of work on the project. There is over a mile and half of sanitary, grease waste, and storm piping currently installed under slab. There are 5 freezer’s, 5 coolers, a ware washing room, bottling room, bakery, and a commissary teaching room in the building. Evan Dvorak and Mike French have been heading this project up in the field. CDI Is the general contractor on this project. CDI is using a new scheduling software called Touchplan which has been beneficial for planning and keeping up with the work load and making sure everything gets installed in a timely fashion.
