With 2020 behind us, we’re looking forward to what the new year will bring! With the possibility of many things to look and operate differently in the future, one thing will remain the same at Action Mechanical: Our dedication to upholding the highest safety standards.

While we’re still operating in the era of COVID-19, our safety precautions are heightened even more. We are dedicated to providing a safe working environment both in our offices and out on sites. To do so, our team members are following strict procedures that all must follow. Also, we are encouraging all employees to receive the vaccine when it becomes available to them. Each day, Action Inc. employees are expected to continue exercising caution, maintaining good hygiene, and continuing to practice social distancing. We are constantly monitoring news and updates to stay current as best as possible and will continue to update our safety measures accordingly.

One of Action’s main goals is to have each employee go home to their family at the end of each workday. To achieve this, we have to take safety very seriously. We exercise our abundance of work safety through initial and ongoing training for employees in all positions. Regardless of which project or job site any of our team members are on, each individual is expected to uphold the same standards.

Our crews attend weekly safety meetings conducted by our foremen and training is given on every job we do. Also, we employ a full-time safety director who frequents our job sites regularly. We have sent and continue to send our personnel through occupational safety and health instruction during 10 and 30-hour courses.

We are proud to take safety very seriously and are honored to have earned many safety awards along the way. Dating back to 1995, we were awarded the Corps of Engineers Certificate of Appreciation Award, for an accident-free job and have received 15+ honorable safety awards since.
