Congratulations, Brown Family!
Stephanie and Daniel Brown are the proud parents of Jackson and Jameson Brown. The twins were born on September 6, 2017 and spent 16 days in NICU before they were able to go home. Everyone is healthy and doing awesome.

Welcome, Katelyn Stanley!
Meet Katelyn Stanley, Action’s new Assistant Project Manager! Katelyn came on board November of 2017 and is working at the Maumelle office. She is a recent graduate of Arkansas Tech University, where she graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering and an Associate Degree in Nuclear Technology. Katelyn will be working in our different database systems, including eSUB, and PlanGrid and will soon be shadowing out in the field to learn more about Project Management. Cory has expressed a great deal of responsibility and representation of Action, Inc. over the past several years. Currently, Cory is the Foreman on a project called Tulsa Hills Hospital in Tulsa, OK. His respectable attitude has encouraged new as well as tenured employees to enjoy what they do here at Action, Inc. Cory continues to impress and, as always, we expect a lot from him and strive to give it back in return. He is a good team member to have.

Tulsa Hills Hospital
Action, Inc. Job of the Quarter

The Tulsa Hills Hospital is a small, full-service hospital (also known as a “micro hospital”) located in West Tulsa. Systems include medical gases (oxygen, medical air, and vacuum), a computer controlled domestic hot water circulation loop, and a Daikin VRV system.
Cory Collins has been the foreman on this project, directing our team consisting primarily of Bob Rogers, Michael Sturdevant, and Shane Mullins. Cory and his team have produced a quality product for the customer, have consistently been ahead of schedule, and have built a strong professional relationship with the GC’s on-site management staff.

Employee Suggestions
In an ongoing effort to improve our company and our employees, Action Mechanical encourages you to participate in an Employee Suggestion Form. This form is open to all employees and can be submitted quarterly. This provides you the opportunity to improve and benefit our company and customers.
Suggestions that identify specific problems or opportunities and propose suitable solutions to enhance Action Mechanical’s efficiency and effectiveness will be provided cash awards. Cash awards will be authorized each quarter for employees who’s ideas are adopted and implemented or result in measurable dollar savings.
Cash awards are based on the best idea each quarter. The winner will receive $500. An employee suggestion form is attached for your use. Upon completion of this form, please submit to the following:

Family Scholarship Program
Action, Inc. has established a scholarship program to assist employees’ children who plan to continue their education in college or vocational school programs. Scholarships are offered each year for full-time study at an accredited institution of the student’s choice.
This scholarship program is administered by Scholarship Management Services®, a division of Scholarship America®. Scholarship Management Services is the nation’s largest designer and manager of scholarship and tuition reimbursement programs for corporations, foundations, associations and individuals. Awards are granted without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, gender, disability or national origin.
