Please follow the steps below to ensure that you properly enroll in your benefits:

• 1. Open the Employee Benefit Summary PDF below.
• 2. Read through the statement of benefits in its entirety.
• 3. Click the link on page 11 of the PDF to acknowledge the receipt of this Employee Benefit package and submit your open enrollment documents.
