Employee Health Coverage Changes

September 1, 2016
RE: Employee Health Coverage

Each year we perform internal and external audits of all our benefit policies to help control corporate and individual health care expenses.

As a result of this year’s audit there will be changes in our employee insurance coverage.

What does this mean to you? It means your deductible will be lower and the cost of the program will remain the same.

Here are the highlights of the program changes:

  • Brown-Hiller-Clark (BHC) will now be the insurance broker
  • Medical/Dental will now be Blue Cross/Blue Shield
  • Vision/Life will now be MetLife
  • Renewal period will be 10/1-9/30 each year
  • The annual deductible will be lower

New enrollment paperwork will be forthcoming -please take the time to work on fulfillment in a timely manner.

Of course, with any program changes there will be questions. Jan Shamp and Angie Anderson will be well-versed in these insurance fields and happy to help you with your unique questions.

We here at Action Mechanical care about your peace of mind. Thank you for your continual hard work and your cooperation during this change-over period.

Sincerely,

Alan P. Wright Clint V. Elliot
